Director, Unmanned Systems
ELI MONROE
Eli Monroe is a retired Green Beret with 20+ years’ experience as an Army Special Forces NCO. His experience includes deployment 9 times worldwide (39 months.) He is the Director for our Unmanned Aerial Systems programs, including our Organically Designed & Built Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (ODB sUAS) Pilot Course.

UxS Operations Manager
DANIEL NUNLEY
Dan Nunley is a retired Green Beret who brings over 25 years of military service in both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army, including leadership roles at multiple levels across Conventional and Special Forces units. He is the Operations Manager for the Unmanned Systems Division.

Training Director
STEVE MASHBURN
Steve Mashburn is Oak Grove Technologies’ UXS Training Director. Drawing on his military, racing, and personal hobby experience. Steve is currently the lead instructor for the SORCC program, providing drone, fixed wing, USV, and UGV experience and translating skills into lessons for newer pilots entering the course. Steve is a former Marine Corps Infantryman and Marine Special Operations Critical Skills Operator with over a decade of military experience and multiple deployments in Afghanistan, Europe, Africa, and East Asia.

FPV Drone Pilot & Lead Instructor
TONY BRACCO
Tony Bracco is Oak Grove Technologies' Uncrewed Flight Lead with over 8 years of professional FPV racing/filming, commercial/industry UAS operation, and robotics experience. In Tony's off time he enjoys riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, working on cars, backpacking, and anything outdoors. With a wide network in the UAS space and continued participation in the growing racing community, he is always looking for ways to build faster, stronger, lighter, and more capable UAS.

Program Manager, Defense Programs
JEREMY YOUNG
Jeremy Young is Oak Grove Technologies’ Program Manager for Defense Programs. Jeremy brings to Oak Grove Technologies a wealth of knowledge in the government contract process. During his 20 years of service as an Army Conventional and Special Operations Logistics Officer, he is well suited to manage leading edge innovation contracts within Oak Grove Technologies’ portfolio. He is a qualified professional with a proven record of accomplishment of excellence in providing and coordinating resources between strategic government agencies, Army units, and civilian contractors. Jeremy possesses a strong ability to work independently and as a team member, meeting and exceeding performance standards and expectations.

UxS Exercise Support Manager
MATT OREM
Matthew Orem is Oak Grove Technologies' Unmanned Systems (UXS) Event support and New Equipment Training and Fielding (NET/NEF) Director, bringing extensive experience in drone operations, simulated training, and technology integration. Matt is a U.S. Army veteran with over 10 years of service and 8 years post service in the Special Operations Forces community.

VINNIE RIVERA
Vinnie Rivera is an In-House Course Instructor at Oak Grove Technologies. With over seven years of experience building and flying FPV racing drones, he has a wealth of knowledge to guide new pilots. Vinnie operated commercial delivery drones for over two years and had an exemplary record of compliance and safety. As a State Trooper, Vinnie served with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. During his eight years of service, Vinnie developed a high attention to detail and a tactical mindset.

CHARLES DUBICKI
Charles Dubicki is an FPV Drone Pilot and Instructor at Oak grove Technologies. He is ranked top 16 globally in the world of FPV drone racing. He has more than 6 years of experience in building, repairing and designing all kinds of UAS platforms. In addition to his racing skills, he has experience operating drones for filming and live broadcast.

ERIC BIRCHER
Eric Bircher is an FPV Drone Pilot & Instructor at Oak Grove Technologies, bringing over seven years of experience in FPV racing, filming, and commercial UAS operations. He has expertise in handling both off-the-shelf and custom-built drone systems. Before joining Oak Grove Technologies, Eric worked as a pilot for a drone delivery service, specializing in food deliveries to residential areas. Prior to his career in the UAS industry, he spent a decade as a residential carpenter. In his leisure time, Eric enjoys playing golf and woodworking.

KYLE ADOMAVICIUS
Kyle Adomavicius is an FPV Drone Pilot and Instructor with expertise in unmanned systems and computer science. A U.S. Army veteran and champion competitive shooter, he applies precision, discipline, and tactical expertise to both drone racing and instruction. His skills include drone fabrication, programming, developing AI-driven applications, and working with advanced flight control systems. As a MultiGP drone racer, he combines practical experience with technical knowledge to push the limits of FPV technology. Currently pursuing a degree in Uncrewed and Autonomous Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Kyle is focused on advancing AI and automation in real-world drone applications.
